For Our Tote Bags - Our listed processing time is 1-2 business days - but we try our very best to process them within 1 business day and over 95 percent of all orders are processed and in the mail within 1 day of order, except for weekends and holidays.
For Our Apparel (Shirts, Sweatshirts, Sweaters) - Our listed processing time is 2-5 business days - but we try our very best to process them within 1-2 business days and over 90 percent of orders are processed and in the mail within 2 days of order.
However, we ask for your kind understanding if we are running into some unusual delays, due to courier delays, supply chain issues, unusual order volume, etc.

We only use materials that have been proven to be durable over one hundred washes, and that do not require special care.
So you can simply hand wash your tote bag and hang dry for best results.

- Tumble dry on low to medium heat. Air dry is preferred.
