All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping & Delivery Times
After processing, delivery times range between 2-5 business days, depending on the shipping destination. Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Rates & Options
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method, destination, and order weight. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout for faster delivery options if needed.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor its progress. If you have any issues with tracking or have not received your order within the estimated time, please contact us.
5. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the US and Canada. We are working to expand our shipping options and will announce international shipping availability as soon as possible.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
Cocomon Custom is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. However, if your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please reach out to us, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
