HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Every order is made to order and ships within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery takes 2-5 business days within the US. Shipping is $4.99 for the first item and $3.99 for each additional item, and free on orders of $35 or more or 4 or more items. We currently ship within the United States only.

WHAT SIZE ARE THE BAGS?
Our medium totes are approximately 15" wide x 16" tall with 12" handles, and our large totes are 17" wide x 14.5" tall x 4.25" deep with 12" handles.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY BAG?
Machine wash cold and hang dry. Sublimation printing means the design will not crack, peel, or flake in the wash.

WHAT IS SUBLIMATION PRINTING?
Sublimation printing infuses the ink directly into the fabric, so it never cracks, peels, or fades like screen printing or vinyl transfers.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
Every item is made to order just for you, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged or with a printing error, contact us within 30 days and we will send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice!
