I ordered gifts for Christmas and the quality of these bags are excellent. What I loved about the products is the personalization is NOT ironed on it’s as if it’s embedded in the bag not sure how it’s done but I love the fact that it can be washed without peeling off. The items came quicker than I expected and customer service is excellent I will definitely be placing more orders.
