Inner Pocket Personalization: How It Works

Want to make it extra special? Add a personal message or name printed directly on the inner pocket of your bag.

• What it is: Custom text printed on the inner pocket, a hidden personal touch the recipient discovers when they open the bag
• How to order: Select this add-on, then enter your desired text and font number in the personalization field on the product page
• Font options: Choose Font 1, 2, or 3 (Font 1 is applied by default if no selection is made)

Our Perfect Print Promise

Every COCOMON bag is made to order, just for you, and printed in Las Vegas. We take real pride in our print quality and stand behind every item we ship.

What We'll Always Make Right

If your order arrives with any of the following, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, your choice:

• A print defect (misalignment, color bleeding, banding, or significant fading)
• The wrong item, or personalization that doesn't match what you entered at checkout
• Damage that happened during shipping

Just contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we'll take care of it.

Returns and Exchanges

Because every item is made to order, including designs without personalization, we can't accept returns or exchanges for:

• A change of mind
• A size or color selected at checkout
• Personalization details entered at checkout (spelling, names, dates, etc.)

Please review your size, design, and personalization carefully before ordering.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled for a full refund before production begins. We start quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, we're unable to cancel.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is lost in transit or marked delivered but can't be found, see our Shipping Policy for how we make it right.

A Note on Color

We use sublimation printing for vivid, lasting color. Every screen displays color a little differently, so slight variations between your screen and the finished bag are normal and not considered a defect.
