My only complaint is my own OCD. I figured since it was my name it would be capitalized but it is not. Perfect for someone who doesn't care about English rules but as an educator this makes me cringe.

This bag was purchased as a gift for my son’s teachers. It’s great quality and beautifully designed. The only little issue I had was that the first letter of the name was not capitalized as I thought it would be. I contacted their customer service and they were very quick to respond and helped correct the issue. If you care about the first letter being a large letter, you should request from the seller before ordering. Other than that, the bag is very beautiful and the teacher loved it. Great customer service, I would purchase again for sure. Thanks
