Want to make it extra special? Add a personal message or name printed directly on the interior pocket of your bag.

• What it is: Custom text printed inside the bag on the inner zip pocket — a hidden personal touch the recipient discovers when they open it
• How to order: Select this add-on, then enter your desired text and font number in the personalization field at checkout
• Font options: Choose Font 1, 2, or 3 (Font 1 is applied by default if no selection is made)

What We'll Always Make Right

If your order arrives with any of the following, we'll replace it or refund it — your choice:

• A print defect (misalignment, color bleeding, banding, or significant fading)
• The wrong item or wrong personalization applied (meaning we made an error, not what you submitted)
• Damage that occurred during shipping

To submit a claim, contact us via chat within 14 days of your confirmed delivery date and include a clear photo of the issue. We'll respond within 1 business day and take care of it.

Personalization & Custom Orders

Because every order is made specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind or personal preference after the order is placed
• Personalization errors based on the information you provided at checkout (incorrect spelling, wrong name, wrong date, etc.)

Please review all personalization details carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us right away — if your order hasn't entered production, we'll do our best to correct it.

A Note on Color

Our bags are produced using a sublimation printing process, which produces vivid, lasting color. Because every screen and monitor displays color differently, slight variations between what you see on your device and the finished product are normal and not considered a defect. We use high-quality inks and consistent color profiles to deliver results as close to our product photos as possible.
